Descripción

Completely restored 16th century Andalusian Hacienda, located 80 km from Seville in the Sierra Norte Natural Park, which is part of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. This historical building has been reformed maintaining and bringing to light the jewels of its past like the paintings that appeared in the old chapel. The Hacienda has 5 flats and 3 reception rooms.

Although the history of this spectacular building can be traced back to much earlier times, the first known use of this spectacular property was as an ice factory, storing and supplying ice for the city of Seville, perfectly preserving and making visible the ice storage areas. Later it was a factory producing the famous Pata Negra ham.
Today, after restoration, it consists of 5 spacious and well finished flats, a large reception area with catering, a beautiful lounge, many terraces and living areas and a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax, where you can forget about the rush and stress of everyday life. Located in a privileged location, the Sierra Norte of Seville, in Andalusia.

It is an ideal place to spend time with friends and family, to rest and thus discover all the jewels of Andalusia, from its beautiful villages and landscapes to the authentic Andalusian cuisine.

The large reception room gives way to the different flats, a kitchen, the chapel and the covered terrace. Each flat also has its own entrance from the outside and four of them have their own terrace.
The large reception room gives way to the different flats, a kitchen, the chapel and the covered terrace. Each flat also has its own entrance from the outside and four of them have their own terrace, making them ideal for renting. One of the flats is suitable for people with disabilities. It would be possible to create two additional flats if required. Next to these there is a studio for a caretaker. In the outside area, there is the large swimming pool and the terraces.

The restoration received a prize and a special mention from the local authorities and the 2006 EUROPA NOSTRA AWARDS in recognition of a valuable contribution to the conservation and enhancement of cultural heritage.

The property has its own water well, is connected to the electricity network and has a 100 MB fibre optic internet connection. There is currently a project for a 25 kW solar panel system. It is located about an hour’s drive from Seville airport and ideally close to a train station that will take you directly to the centre of Seville or Cordoba.
A spectacular property in the heart of Andalusia.
